Koçhisar is a village in the District of Sandıklı, Afyonkarahisar Province, Turkey.[1]

History

Ancient Hierapolis (Ancient Greek: Ἱεράπολις) was part of the Phrygian Pentapolis and remained under that name during the Byzantine period.
