Lažec (Macedonian: Лажец; Albanian: Luzeç) is a village in the municipality of Bitola, North Macedonia. It used to be part of the former municipality of Bistrica.
Demographics
According to the statistics of Geographers Dimitri Mishev and D. M. Brancoff, the town had a total Christian population of 360 in 1905, of which all were Patriarchist Bulgarians.[1]
According to the 2002 census, the village had a total of 302 inhabitants.[2] Ethnic groups in the village include:[2]
