The 2020 Kansallinen Liiga is the 14th season of the Naisten Liiga, the top flight women's division of the Finnish football league system and the 1st season of the Kansallinen Liiga after its change of name.[1] HJK are the defending champions.

The season featured 10 teams.PK-35 Vantaa promoted from the 2019 Naisten Ykkönen as league winners while PK-35 (women) after defeating IK Myran at the 2019 qualifier. IK Myran and ONS relegated from the previous season.

The 10 teams will play each other twice, after which the top 6 teams will form a Championship group while the bottom 4 teams will form a relegation group.
