Strupčice (German: Trupschitz) is a municipality and village in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has a population of about 1,000.

Strupčice lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Chomutov, 42 km (26 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 77 km (48 mi) north-west of Prague.
