The 2018 Pittsburgh Panthers men's soccer team represented University of Pittsburgh during the 2018 NCAA Division I men's soccer season. The Panthers were led by head coach Jay Vidovich, in his third season. They played home games at Ambrose Urbanic Field. This was the team's 65th season playing organized men's college soccer and their 6th playing in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Background

The 2017 Pittsburgh men's soccer team finished the season with an 8–10–0 overall record and a 2–6–0 ACC record. The Panthers were seeded tenth–overall in the 2017 ACC Men's Soccer Tournament, where they lost in the first round to Notre Dame.

The Panthers were not invited to the 2017 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament. The Panthers had one player selected in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft: Pol Calvet, by Los Angeles FC.[1]
