Kalanchoe tomentosa,[1] also known as panda plant, pussy ears, chocolate soldier or cocoon plant[2] is a succulent plant in the genus Kalanchoe. A native of Madagascar, it is a fairly popular houseplant on account of its small size, ease of care, and dark-red rimmed foliage.[3]

It has received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.[4]
