As I see this matter, to have such a heading is redundant and distracting because not only did the Classical period not begin until around the 1730s, but also the large scope of the various other headings in the article (primarily "Events," "Publications," and, "Opera") leave little remaining to include in a more general music heading, Classical or otherwise.).
