Mascarenhas ([maska'ɾeɲɐs] or [maʃka'ɾeɲɐʃ]) is a habitational name taken from a civil parish in Portugal called Mascarenhas [pt]. This name is also found Spain and in India (particularly in Goa and Mangalore), where it was taken by Portuguese colonists. It may refer to these persons:
