Central Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located in the city of Lawton, Oklahoma that opened in 1979. There are currently one anchor stores: JCPenney. The third anchor was Sears which closed in March 2017. The second anchor was Dillard's which closed in May 2020. The mall also currently has approximately 57 retail stores, along with the New Vision 12 movie theater. The mall has a total area of 523,763-square-foot (48,659.2 m2), and was last renovated in 2002.
The City of Lawton will purchase Central Mall for $14.6 million in early January 2021.[1]
