Panther Creek High School (PCHS) is a public high school located in Cary, North Carolina, United States. As part of the Wake County Public School System, the school operates on a 4x4 block schedule like other public high schools in the region. Panther Creek was established in 2006 with the Class of 2009 becoming the first graduating class. As of the 2016–2017 school year Panther Creek had an enrollment of 2,720 students, with 49% of these students identifying as a minority.[2]

Rodney Nelson was the principal from 2006 until his retirement in 2014. His most notable achievement during his time at Panther Creek was the creation of SMART Lunch, a one-hour block of lunch time where students can engage in additional enrichment and educational assistance. The current principal is Gregory Decker, who succeeded Camille Hedrick after her appointment to the same position at Green Hope High School.
