The Japanese patrol boat Mizuho is a PLH type patrol vessels of the Japan Coast Guard. She was built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Shimonoseki Shipyard.

She is first JCG ship equipped with Bofors 40 Mk4 40 mm cannon that is the ship's main gun, the ship also carry a JM61-RFS CIWS on the secondary gun position on the bow, the Remote Firing System (RFS) by a JM61 20 mm Vulcan and one remote naval mount make up.
