Joseph Palmer (priest)

Joseph Palmer[1] was an Irish Anglican priest in the late 18th century and the first decades of the 19th.
A graduate of Exeter College, Oxford,[2] he was Chancellor of Ferns from 1779 to 1802.[3] In 1787 [4] he became Dean of Cashel[5] and in 1802 Precentor of Waterford,[6] holding both posts[7] until his death on 2 May 1829.[8]
