The 97th District of the Wisconsin Assembly is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly.[1] Located in southeastern Wisconsin, the district currently encompasses parts of the city of Waukesha, village of Waukesha, Genesee, and the town of Mukwonago. [2][3] The seat has been held by Scott Allen since 2015.[4]

The 97th Assembly District is located within Wisconsin's 33rd Senate District, along with the 98th and 99th Assembly Districts.
