The A3 highway is a highway in Lithuania (Magistraliniai kelių). It runs from Vilnius to the Belarus border, reaching Minsk. The length of the road is 33.88 km (21.05 mi).

Part of the A3 highway is coded Template:Road marker-EU in the European route system – The E28 highway ultimately connects Berlin with Minsk.

From 21 km to the Belarus border, road is made from concrete. From Belarus border the A3 becomes the M 7 and leads to Minsk. From Vilnius to the junction with the KK106, the road has 4-6 lanes.
