Acronicta lutea is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in the Korean Peninsula, China, eastern Siberia (Transbaikalia), Japan (Honshu), Mongolia and the Russian Far East (Amur region, Khabarovsk, Primorye, southern Sakhalin).
