Aladdin is a 30-acre hamlet[1] in eastern Crook County, Wyoming, United States. It lies at the junction of WYO 24 and WYO 111 northeast of the town of Sundance, the county seat of Crook County.[2] Its elevation is 3,688 feet (1,124 m)(1,124 m).[3] Although Aladdin is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 82710;[4] the post office is located in the town's general store, which was established in 1896, serving as a commissary for local coal workers.

In July 2014, the Brengle family, which owns the town, announced the town was for sale: included in the $1.5 million price are the general store, a bar, the family's four-bedroom home and the town's trailer park (excluding the trailers).[1]

Public education in the community of Aladdin is provided by Crook County School District #1. The 2009 U.S. Census reports that there are 15 people and five families in the community, down from its coal mining peak of 200 people.[1]

According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Aladdin has a semi-arid climate.[5]
