Albert 'Alby' Outen (6 December 1902 – 21 July 1972)[1] was an Australian rules footballer who played with Footscray in the VFL during the late 1920s.

Outen first played for Footscray in 1925 and soon established himself in defence. In 1928 he won their best and fairest award.
