Alexander Edgar Lascelles, Viscount Lascelles (born 13 May 1980), known as "Orly" - is an English chef, and the third child and second son of David Lascelles, 8th Earl of Harewood, and his first wife Margaret, Viscountess Lascelles.[1] He is a direct descendent of King George V and is 60th in line to the British throne. He is heir apparent to the earldom of Harewood[2], due to his elder brother having been born before their parents marriage.

Personal life

Lascelles married at The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew on 18 August 2017, Annika Reed (b. 1984), the daughter of William J. Reed, an artist who is a teacher at Dulwich College, London.

He has a son - Leo Cyrus Anthony Lascelles (born 22 March 2008), who was at his birth the first great-great-great-grandchild of King George V and Queen Mary but due to being born out of wedlock, he is unable to succeed to his father's earldom and is not in the line of succession to the British Throne. His mother is Lascelles' former girlfriend, Laleh Yeganegy.
