The Alexis Boyer House is a historic house at 306 Hamilton in Southbridge, Massachusetts. The 2.5 story Queen Anne house was built in 1888 for Alexis Boyer, a builder and political leader of the sizable French Canadian community in Southbridge. It features elaborate stickwork and a jigsaw-cut bargeboard decoration in the gable ends. It also has a feature otherwise unusual for Queen Anne houses, an exterior rear staircase, which is believed to have originated among the French Canadians.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
