Allocasuarina helmsii is a shrub of the genus Allocasuarina native to an area in the central Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.[1]

The dioecious shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 5 metres (3 to 16 ft).
