Amanda Clayton is an American actress. In 2014 she began starring as one of lead characters in the Oprah Winfrey Network prime time soap opera, If Loving You Is Wrong.
Life and career
Clayton was born in Johnston, Rhode Island. She studied University of Rhode Island and later moved to New York City, then attended New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts in 2005.[1] In 2012, she had the supporting role of Sarah Carter in the adventure film John Carter.[1][2][3] She later guest-starred in the number of television shows, include The Mentalist, Rizzoli & Isles, Victorious, and The Soul Man.
In 2014, Clayton was cast as one of leads in the Oprah Winfrey Network series If Loving You Is Wrong.[2][4] Later in that year she was cast opposite Miles Teller and Katey Sagal in the biography drama film Bleed for This about Vinny Pazienza.[5]
