Aminul Islam (born 29 December 1963) is a poet and essayist from Bangladesh. He has written seventeen books including thirteen books of poetry. He has been involved in creative writing for some 20 years.[1]

Early life and career

Aminul Islam was born on 29 December 1963 in the District of Chapainawabgonj, Bangladesh. In the nineties of twentieth century he embarked as a poet and essayist on Bengali literature. He is a mid-level officer in the Civil Service of Bangladesh.
