Amy Walsh (born 28 March 1987) is a British television actress. She is mainly known for her role as Tracy Shankley on Emmerdale.
Early life
Walsh was born on 28 March 1987 in Bradford, West Yorkshire, the daughter of John and Diane Walsh. She grew up with three siblings, Kimberley Walsh, Sally Walsh and Adam Walsh in Allerton, West Yorkshire. Her sibling Kimberley is a member of the girl group Girls Aloud, and Sally played the character of Lyn Hutchinson on the soap opera Emmerdale between 1997 and 2000.[1]
Career
Walsh's first television role was in 2011 playing the character Jennifique McQueen on the Channel 4 Hollyoaks spin-off series, Hollyoaks Later.[2] In July 2014, Walsh joined the long-running ITV soap opera, Emmerdale as Tracy Shankley.[3]
Personal life
In February 2017, Walsh announced that she was engaged to boyfriend, Bradley Jaden.[4] In April 2018, Walsh announced they had split.[5]
