A. J. Trauth

Andrew James Trauth, commonly known as A.J. Trauth (born September 14, 1986 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actor and musician. He is best known for playing the character of Alan "Twitty" on Even Stevens, and as the voice of Josh Mankey on Kim Possible, both programs aired on Disney Channel.

In 2006, he guest starred on the CBS drama Numb3rs.

He is the youngest of three brothers and currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Music career

He is currently in the band Mavin (formerly known as Badge) He is influenced by Derek and the Dominos, Jimi Hendrix, Weezer, and The Beatles.[citation needed]

He sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars, performing Elton John's "Circle of Life as a bonus music video for the special edition of the DVD release of the Lion King in 2003. He also sang the theme song for "American Dragon: Jake Long" for the first season. His older brothers Chris and Pete are in the band as well.[citation needed]

Acting career

On the TV show Kim Possible he played the character of Josh Mankey, a one-time love interest of Kim (voiced by Christy Carlson Romano).

Trauth also worked with Romano on Even Stevens and did a guest role in The Amanda Show opposite Amanda Bynes and Drake Bell. Later he worked with Bell and Brenda Song in an episode of R. L. Stine's show take from the book series: The Nightmare Room in the episode: "Dear Diary I'm Dead". He also made a guest appearance on Reba as Kyra's 17-year-old date Jake in the episode the "United Front." Trauth starred in the Disney Channel original movie You Wish! alongside Lalaine Vergara, who played Miranda Sanchez on the Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire.
