Appan Samachar (Hindi: अप्पन समाचार) is an Indian news program produced entirely by women. It is based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.[1][2][3][4]

It was launched in 6 December 2007[3] at Muzaffarpur. It broadcasts to about a hundred villages in Paroo, Sahebganj, Saraiya, Marwan, Kanti, and Mushahari.[citation needed]

It was founded by Santosh Sarang.[1][2][4]
