Art Swann
Art Swann is the Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for the 8th district, encompassing Maryville, and parts of Blount County and Sevier County.[1][2][3][4]
Biography
Art Swann was born on October 17, 1952.[1] He received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1975.[1][4]
He is married, and an Episcopalian.[1]
