Astronium (syn. Myracrodruon M.Allemão) is a genus of flowering plants in the cashew family, Anacardiaceae.

Fossil record

Fossils of an Astronium sp. have been described from the fossil flora of Kızılcahamam district in Turkey, which is of early Pliocene age.[4]
