Here, UTC-4 is named in BOT (Bolivia Time); CLT (Chile Time, with DST between September and Abril); PYT (Paraguay Time, with DST between October and March) and AMT (Western Brazil). Right now, we are in autumn. Parts of SA observe the same offset, but, in a different TZ abbreviations. The DST schedule AST/ADT is oppose of SA schedule and seasons. Here, the DST schedule is between 1st Sunday of Sep./Oct. to 4th Sunday of Mar./1st Sunday of Apr. (Chile/Paraguay).
