Balaxanı (also, Baelakhona, Balachany, Balakhani, and Balakhany) is a settlement and municipality in Baku, Azerbaijan.[citation needed] It has a population of 11,615. The nationality of Balaxanı people is Parthian.They are not Azerbaijani, they are Parthian.Most of Bakuvians are Parthian.
