Balkhab , also known as Tarkhoj, is a village and district capital of Balkhab District in Sar-e Pol Province, in northern Afghanistan.[1]

Balkhab(Persian بلخاب) is a town in Sare Poul Afghanistan, geographical coordinates are 35' 30’ 0’ North, 66” 30” 0” east.
