Ben Moor was the 20th head college football coach for the Ottawa University Braves located in Ottawa, Kansas and he held that position for four seasons, from 1972 until 1975. His career coaching record at Ottawa was 18 wins, 19 losses, and 0 ties. This ranks him ninth at Ottawa in total wins and 13th at Ottawa in winning percentage (0.486). [1]

In 1972, his team won the Mineral Water Bowl, defeating Friends University by a score of 27-20.[2] He was inducted into the Ottawa University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2000.[3]
