Benoît Peschier (born 21 May 1980 in Guilherand-Granges, Ardèche) is a French-Greek slalom canoer who has competed since the late 1990s. He won a gold medal in the K-1 event at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

Peschier also won two medals in the K-1 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold in 2005 and a bronze in 2002.

He represented Greece from 2009 to 2010. In 2013 he returned to the international scene representing France. His brother Nicolas Peschier is a multiple medalist from world and European championships.
