Bhagwat Saran Gangwar is the ex-Minister of State for Small Scale Industries and Export Promotion in the government of Uttar Pradesh.[1] He is the Samajwadi Party member representing Nawabganj constituency in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly.[2]

Personal life

He was born in the village of Ahemdabad of Nawabganj tehsil, Bareilly district, Uttar Pradesh, India.[3]
