Botričnica (pronounced [bɔˈtɾiːtʃnitsa]) is a settlement north of Šentjur in eastern Slovenia. The area is part of the historical Styria region. The Municipality of Šentjur is now included in the Savinja Statistical Region.[2]

The local church is dedicated to Mary of the Seven Sorrows and belongs to the Parish of Šentjur. It was built in 1736.[3]
