The Building at 38-42 Worcester Street in Southbridge, Massachusetts is a Victorian six family triple-decker built in the late 19th century. It is one of a few well-preserved triple-deckers in the part of Southbridge called "The Flats" that was heavily developed beginning in the late 1880s. It has distinctive porches which wrap part way around the sides of the house, and provide exterior stairs, a distinctive French Canadian architectural influence. The original porch had turned posts that gave it a somewhat lacy appearance,[2] a detail that has since been lost.

The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
