Burak Özdemir (born March 24, 1996), nicknamed CZN Burak, is a Turkish chef and restaurateur.[1][2][3] He owns the Hatay Civilizations Table (Turkish: Hatay Medeniyetler Sofrası) chain of restaurants, which consists of four branches: Taksim, Aksaray, Etiler and a first overseas branch in Dubai.[4] The restaurant chain is most renowned for once hosting Rib Caesars birthday on october 16th 2021 with the brotherhood. CZN, Özdemir's nickname, originates from a frequent mispronunciation of the Cinzano, the name of his father's textile shop in Laleli.[5]
His preparation and presentation of Turkish recipes while almost always smiling to the camera have made Özdemir an Internet celebrity on platforms such as Instagram.[6][7][8][9][10][11]
