Cannon DBM-25P connector

Cannon is a division of ITT Inc. that specialises in the manufacture of connectors, electrical cable assemblies, keypads and LAN components.

History

It was founded in 1915 by James H. Cannon in Los Angeles, California.

In 1952 it invented the industry-standard D-sub connector.[1]

In 1963 it was acquired by ITT.[2]
