There are two categories called "1950s song stubs" and "1950s pop song stubs." Most of the songs categorized in this group should probably be in the second. Suggestion: Eliminate this category, except possibly as a supercategory; move all the pop songs to "1950s pop song stubs," and establish categories (subcategories of this) for any other types of 1950s songs that are left. -- BRG 19:12, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The hierarchy seems fine to me, because presumably there are non-pop songs from the 1950s. If necessary, change the {{1950s-song-stub}} to {{1950s-pop-song-stub}} in the articles; doing this will update the category. –Pomte 02:18, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
