Because this section refers to branches of government, I have qualified it by adding a reference to the United States. I am an American attorney and I am therefore familiar primarily with U.S. law; presumably many other countries do not have three separate "branches" of government (legislative, executive, judicial). Perhaps this section should be amended and broadened by someone with familiarity with the "administrative" law of other countries. Famspear 03:11, 20 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
