Name of this category

I wanted a category for bed bug content. I choose to name it Category:Bed bug as the simplest available name.

I did not want to copy the listing of insect species, which is already at Category:Cimicomorpha‎. I thought about calling this category "Bed bug infestation", "human interactions with bed bugs", or other more descriptive names, but already "bed bug" is a layman term which describes the experience more than the insect, so I thought that it might be an appropriate name.

Some of the categories do not quite fit:

Category:Parasitic infestations, stings, and bites of the skin - this matches Category:Animal parasites of humans‎ - not quite, because this is not a category for the parasites themselves Category:Household pest insects - this is not a category for the insects themselves Category:Haematophagy - this category includes bloodsucking, but is not only bloodsucking

I think the items in this category have something in common with each other but I am not sure how to further categorize them. Blue Rasberry (talk) 18:07, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
