Please note that Michael A. Meyer and other historians of Reform Judaism concurr that while some synagogue reforms (preaching vernacular and not yiddish, etc.) did occur in some more modern syn. in Eastern Europe, Ref. Jud. did not appear there. Therefore, while syn. in former German territories were Liberal ones - with prayers in German etc. - Congress Poland had no such things.
