I am removing Anchorage, Alaska from the list, as it as a consolidated city-borough, and, under Alaska state law, this form of government is legally a borough (county-equivalent) and not a city. Thanks. Iamanadam (talk) 15:00, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
