Conservative used to mean traditionalist. Most of the groups on this list are more capitalist, racist, and nationalist than conservative. Would "Right wing organizations in the United States" be a better label?

Why do we need this group -- candidate for deletion

[edit]

I checked and exactly none of the following groups exist:

Category:Progressive organizations in the United States
Category:Liberal organizations in the United States
Category:Centrist organizations in the United States
Category:leftist organizations in the United States
Category:Communist organizations in the United States
Category:socialist organizations in the United States
Category:radical organizations in the United States
Category:biased organizations in the United States

Clearly, Wikipedia belongs in the last category.

We can either delete this current category, or we can start the debates about what organizations are socialist, leftist, radical and biased.

So why do we have this group? Candidate for speedy deletion.--Altoids Man (talk) 01:10, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
