I know another navigator : JOSE LUIS(de)UGARTE, from Getxo- Biscay-,participant in Boc Challenge, Vendee Globe,.. . He did a single-handed circunavigation. He died recently.

It would be interesting to include him in the list,he actually merits because he got it.

Thank you.

I was surprised not to see Vito Dumas on the list. He does have a page listed already. I enjoyed reading his book. I don't know anything about the standard edit/suggestion process though. Kenneth Fries (talk) 01:30, 9 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

José Luis de Ugarte

[edit]
José Luis Ugarte: José Luis de Ugarte is another single-handed circumnavigator that it is not currently in your list.

Members of sub groups not appearing here

[edit]

"For convenience, all Single-handed circumnavigating sailors are included in this category. This includes all sailors that can also be found in the subcategories."

err ... no. At least two members (Jesse Martin and Jessica Watson) of the 'Teenage' sub-group aren't appearing here. Are they supposed to, or am I misunderstanding something? Wayne 23:51, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
