I once had a TI-50 calculator as early as 1974. I convinced Mom/Dad to pay the price for it ($150 at the time - a lot of money!) Fully rechargeable with LED display, fully scientific (with Trig-Log functions). but not programmable. Got me thru senior year of high school (1975) and college engineering. THANK YOU TI!!! Wish I had held it long enough to show you. Programmable's with the memory card/strip came out very soon thereafter.--71.10.145.116 (talk) 00:47, 23 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
