Charaxes berkeleyi is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Kenya and Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of montane and riverine forests.
The larvae feed on Albizia gummifera, Scutia myrtina, Ochna holstii and Ochna insculpta.
