The 1st constituency of the Charente-Maritime is a French legislative constituency in the Charente-Maritime department (Poitou-Charentes).
It consists of eleven cantons and twenty municipalities located in Aunis (La Rochelle and some of its surrounding towns and villages) and the Île de Ré:
- Ars-en-Ré: Ars-en-Ré, La Couarde-sur-Mer, Loix, Les Portes-en-Ré, Saint-Clément-des-Baleines
