The 1st constituency of the Charente-Maritime is a French legislative constituency in the Charente-Maritime department (Poitou-Charentes).

It consists of eleven cantons and twenty municipalities located in Aunis (La Rochelle and some of its surrounding towns and villages) and the Île de Ré:
