The 2nd constituency of the Charente-Maritime is a French legislative constituency in the Charente-Maritime department (Poitou-Charentes).

It consists of nine cantons located in the arrondissements of La Rochelle and Rochefort: Aigrefeuille-d'Aunis, Aytré, Courçon, La Jarrie, Marans, Rochefort-Centre, Rochefort-Nord, Rochefort-Sud, Surgères
