Chodouny is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.98 square kilometres (3.85 sq mi), and has a population of 618 (as at 31 December 2007).
Chodouny lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Litoměřice, 26 km (16 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 45 km (28 mi) north of Prague.
