The Church of the Holy Name is a historic church at 305 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, Connecticut in use by the Convent of the Holy Name of Jesus. It is located across the street from the Parish of the Holy Name of Jesus, which occupies a 1925 church building.

The Holy Name Rectory, also known as the Duncan Phyfe House, at 4 Pulaski, home of furniture designer Duncan Phyfe appears to be included in the listing. It is a distinctive house that became the rectory in 1909.[2]

The 1852 structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
